In line with the youth-focused development agenda of the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke, the Osun State Ministry of Youth Affairs has partnered with the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) to broaden employment opportunities for young people across the state.
Through the proactive leadership of the Honourable Commissioner for Youth Affairs, Hon. Olagunju Moshood Olalekan, youths in Osun are being encouraged to take advantage of this transformative initiative designed to enhance employability and foster sustainable career growth.
The programme, supported by the Federal Government in collaboration with development partners, provides Nigerian graduates with practical workplace experience through a fully paid one-year fellowship placement in reputable organisations across key sectors.
NJFP is the initiative of the federal Government funded by the European Union and Implemented by UNDP in Nigeria
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the NJFP, applicants must:
Be a Nigerian citizen
Be 30 years old or younger
Have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate
Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Lower – 2.2) or HND (Upper Credit – above 3.00)
Have graduated not earlier than 2022
Be currently unemployed or underemployed
Successful fellows will receive a monthly stipend of ₦150,000 throughout the 12-month programme cycle, aimed at enhancing their employability and career prospects.

Opportunities for Host Organisations
Organisations are also invited to participate by hosting talented young graduates at no cost. To qualify, host organisations must:
Be duly registered (CAC certification required)
Provide meaningful work experience and mentorship
Maintain a functional office and structured work environment

Upload required documents (academic certificates and NYSC discharge certificate)
Complete the online assessment
Submit applications before the deadline
