Job Role
Selected candidates will serve as Business Graduate Trainees, with responsibilities that include:
Supporting business operations, sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
Participating in cross-functional projects and rotational assignments
Analyzing business data to improve performance and efficiency
Collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions for Airtel’s products and services
Engaging in training, mentoring, and leadership development sessions
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
0–2 years of work experience, including internships or project experience in mobile products, digital services, or business analysis
Completion of the NYSC programme (discharge or exemption certificate required)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for technology, innovation, and the telecom industry
Job Location: Lagos Nigeria
Assignments may include other operational hubs or project sites across the country.
