The OsunReporters Crew led by Mukhtar Ajelogbon on Monday paid a courtesy visit to King 87.9FM, where the team was received by the station’s management and taken on an extensive tour of the broadcast facility.
The Station’s Proprietor, Barrister Bimbola Amusan, alongside the Assistant Station Manager, Oluwaferanmi Alokan, personally led team OsunReporters around the station, showcasing its modern studios, operational units, and technical infrastructure.
Speaking during the visit, OsunReporters Editor-in-chief Mukhtar Ajelogbon commended the station’s impressive standards, describing both the interior and exterior structures as elegant and professionally maintained. He noted that the maintenance culture and overall ambience leave guests in admiration, particularly considering the scale of the project situated within Osun State.
Ajelogbon further praised Barrister Amusan’s exposure and global outlook, stating that such experience has evidently influenced the conception and successful establishment of King FM as a forward-thinking media platform in the state.
According to him, “The impactful and connectivity records of the station within the six-month of establishment affirm the competency of the proprietor and staff who connect to people through quality content that compliment the state-of-the-art facility.
“This visit underscored the connection between the broadcast and digital media which is the future of journalism.”
