The Osun State Former Speaker,Hon Mojeed Alabi has praised Titi Tomori-Ponle Foundation under the watch of Osun State Former Deputy Governor, Otunba Titi Tomori-Ponle for setting up real foundation that truly empower people.
The former speaker made the remark at the official graduation ceremony of the Beneficiaries at GRA Osogbo where certificate and other equipments needed to operate for them were graciously handed over to them.

The Titi Tomori-Ponle Foundation honoured ten individuals who completed training in Catering and Hospitality Management at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Development Studies at Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
The graduands could not hide their excitement as they were honoured and empowered during their ceremony on Monday, April 14, 2025, in Osogbo where they were given equipment to establish after full training.
It could be recalled that Titi Tomori-Ponle Foundation was launched in December 2024 with aim of empowering women and youths through education and skill development, but it took them four months to parade the first set beneficiaries.
Equipment such as 12kg gas-cylinder, set of pot, sets of baking pan, blender, two face gas burner and other baking tools were presented to ten grandands from Osogbo and Olorunda Local Government Area which include; Ibrahim Rukayat Oluwatosin; Adegboye Yetunde Mutiyat; Owolabi Aminat Olayinka; Onatobi Tolulope Oluwayemisi; Moshood Najat Omowumi; Egunfemi Olalekan Wasiu; Badmus Kafayat, Bankole Eunice Folake, Bello Islamiyat Adeola.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Founder, a former Deputy Governor of Osun State, Otunba Grace Titi Tomori-Ponle, commended the graduates and praised their perseverance throughout the programme.
Tomori-Ponle stated, “We are here to honour and empower ten remarkable individuals. They have not disappointed us judging by the positive feedback we received from OAU.”
The graduates were selected through a rigorous and objective process.
According to Otunba Tomori-Ponle, the selection began months ago and was based on merit.
“At that time, we were convinced they would do well. The programme was conducted at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Development Studies, OAU,” she added.
The founder shared that the feedback from the institute highlighted the participants’ discipline, passion for learning, and commitment.
“These individuals have truly exemplified the values of dedication and a passion for creating positive change. Their journey does not end here; it is only just beginning.”
During the ceremony, the Foundation provided the graduates with resources, tools, and support to help them begin their entrepreneurial careers.
“As they embark on this exciting new chapter, our expectations are high,” she stated.
Otunba Tomori-Ponle equally acknowledged the effort of everyone who’s have supported the foundation
“To all who generously contributed to the launching of the Foundation on the 21st of December, 2024, we say thank you. Your support has made this day possible,” she remarked.
She specially thanked the Board of Trustees, particularly the Chairman, Professor Eyitope Ogunbodede, former Vice Chancellor of OAU.
“He has used his Midas touch of success to drive the Foundation,” said Tomori-Ponle.
She also acknowledged the weekly contributions of the board members urging them to continue supporting the organisation.
“Your guidance and support have been pivotal to the success of the Foundation.”
She also praised Professor Olalekan Yinusa, a Trustee and Director of the Institute.
“We thank you for driving the programme with full determination to make it succeed,” she said.
The contributions of the lecturers and instructors at OAU were also recognised.
“We thank and appreciate you for your outstanding commitment,” Tomori-Ponnle stated.
As the graduates move forward, the Foundation pledged to continue supporting them.
“Let us celebrate the achievements of this Class of 2025 as we pledge our continued guidance,” she affirmed.
Tomori-Ponle appreciated the presence and goodwill of all attendees.
“I thank you all for your support,” she said.
With the success of this inaugural cohort, the TTP Foundation has reaffirmed its commitment to societal impact and youth empowerment through structured training programmes.
